Morris Dancers

One of the oldest "revival" sides in the Morris Ring, "East  Surrey" (ESMM) was one of the six sides which founded the Ring in 1934 . We  mainly perform dances from the Cotswolds traditions and dance for our own and  our audiences' pleasure on the village green and on alehouse forecourts  throughout Surrey. "Y2k" also sees our 42nd annual visit to Kent and Sussex over  the Spring Bank Holiday weekend.

In our website you can read all about our long and interesting (?)  history, see where we'll be performing during the year, and all sorts of other  things as shown on the right.

The tune that hopefully greeted you as you opened this page was  the ”fools Jig” You can hear a few more tunes by selecting any of the  areas on the left.
