A little bit of information about us - The Oxted Players who were formerly known as The Student Players have a Spring and Autumn play and also a Pantomime in January.
Our Pantomime for 200l was Peter Pan and I see that there was another rendering of this by British Airways at about the same time.
Last year for the benefit of our junior members we had an additional production in March where we did a musical version of "The Railway Children" which was
a great success.
Next Spring we shall be hoping to include another extra play for their benefit In August we have a week's theatrical workshop which has for the past two
years and will this year be run by David Rowan. At the end of the week the children give a performance of the play to an audience. Our Autumn play this year is to be "The
Darling Buds of May" by H.E. Bates
